BestForexBroker is free for readers, and we may earn a commission from some of the brokers we review. Here is how that works, and how we keep it out of our ratings.
Our affiliate model
If you open an account through one of our links, the broker may pay us a commission. Any such commission funds our research, and it is never added to your costs.
What does not influence our ratings
Commission rates and partnership status have no effect on a score or a review.
The overall score is calculated from the category scores, so a broker cannot pay to score higher.
Placement and ranking order are not for sale. If a paid arrangement is ever taken, it will be named here.
What we do not accept payment for
To be unambiguous about the boundaries:
- Publishing, removing or altering a review or its conclusions.
- Letting a broker approve its own review before publication.
- Advance influence over a partner’s score.
- Placement or ranking order.
How we protect editorial independence
Reviews are written by Giles Thomas, edited by Rory Hughes and fact-checked by Tomislav Turčin, and none of them negotiates commercial terms.
The full process is on our methodology page, and the people behind it on our experts page.
